What are the documents required for opening of a Trading and Demat account?

Below are the list of documents required:

    PAN card

    Aadhaar card

    Cheque [with name printed on cheque]

    Signature on a white plain background (to be uploaded)

    Email id

    Phone number

    Mother's name

    Nominee Name

    Nominee Relationship

    Nominee Mobile Number

    Nominee ID Proof

    If the Futures & Options (derivative) segment is required, either a 7-month bank statement or latest IT Return would be required
